Effective July 16, 2026. By using the beta, you agree to these terms and any campaign-specific rules.

Markets

Markets is an experimental onchain testing product with play-money mechanics, changing pool estimates, oracle and network dependencies, and contract-defined claim or refund paths. Nothing on hood.market is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Referral points

Only eligible, activated users count. Referral points may be reviewed, corrected, paused, or disqualified for spam or abuse. Airdrop eligibility does not promise tokens, value, profit, or a fixed allocation. Final distribution rules, if any, will be published separately.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate eligibility information, protect your login and wallet, follow applicable law, and use only accounts you control. Do not automate entry, evade limits, manipulate referrals or outcomes, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or exploit an error.

Availability and finality

The beta may change, pause, or experience RPC, wallet, oracle, indexer, or referral-service delays. The UI may time out before an onchain confirmation appears. Confirmed onchain records and the published resolution method control market activity.

Disclaimers and limits

The beta is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, fitness, or prize availability. To the extent permitted by law, hood.market and disclosed partners are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
